Honeywell Plugged In

Helen of Troy asked Leap to audit and deliver a more cohesive and content rich consumer based e-commerce site aligned with the Honeywell brand. A comprehensive examination of user experience, design, customer experience and development helped inform decisions and successfully launch a new honeywellpluggedin.com.

 

Project Execution

Leap created clear customer journeys to simplify the path to purchased and find support for purchased items through manuals and instructional videos. Exhaustive design studies resulted in a complete site redesign that touched product pages, content pages, customer account pages, and unique landing pages. All user experience and design considerations were fully developed and integrated with a proven CMS along with a migration of product data from the old website. Finally, appropriate events and conversions tracking were tested and integrated.
