Phenix Flooring at
Surfaces 2018

Leap was charged with the development of Phenix Flooring’s visual presence for their show space at the 2018 International Surface Event (Surfaces), the largest floor covering event in North America. This year’s show theme embodied the desire to showcase the artisanal handiwork of the flooring products displayed in the Phenix booth, named Crafted by Phenix. This theme was woven throughout print and interactive collateral, and reinforced with an opening night mixer where local craft beer was served.


Project Execution

To satisfy show theme branding, Leap developed a badge that harkened to classic beer crests to apply to show collateral, ads, posters, booth walls and environmental graphics, interactive pieces and swag. The resulting graphic aesthetic married the craft theme with the product seamlessly, creating a memorable though temporary design.
