Mannington Spark National Sales Meeting
To reinvigorate and ignite a spark under their sales department, Mannington Commercial asked Leap to develop an interactive, fun and educational branded curriculum for their 2017 national sales meeting. Set over a weekend at The Ritz Carlton at Reynolds Plantation in rural Georgia, creative direction is developed around the wooded surroundings and a camp-like atmosphere.
Using a summer camp theme, we created an event plan with cabin activities that earned sales groups merit badge buttons to be displayed on lanyards and campfire awards – wooden plaques etched with ‘Best Camper’ milestones for different team-building achievements. The result was a nationally unified sales team operating under a common goal, integrated in a single network across cross-disciplinary sales departments.
